Gustav Klimt Hygieia Socks

Klimt's paintings of the faculty were a series for the ceiling of the Great Hall of the University of Vienna. When his paintings Philosophy, Medicine - which included Hygieia - and Jurisprudence were presented, Klimt was attacked for 'pornography'. None of the paintings would be exhibited.
