How to Return Your Items

Your satisfaction is our goal!

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. PLEASE NOTE: sale, consignment, and certain special exhibition items are nonrefundable.

The item you are returning must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition.

Contact us at museumshop@woodruffcenter.org if you wish to return your item. Please include your order number and/or the name of the person who placed the order in your email. We will send you a return label.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing us at museumshop@woodruffcenter.org or by calling 404-733-4814. If possible, please include photos and details of the damages.
