Renee Adams - Earrings

Renee designs beautiful earrings using materials such as copper and brass. Her company is R2 Designs.

These earrings are copper, brass and aluminum.  The copper base starts as a circle/donut shape which is run through a rolling mill for the shape.  Each earring is a mirror image of the other earring in the set.  It is then cut, textured and a patina is added to the surface.  After the brass "handle" is formed and hammered, the aluminum rivets are added.  The earring wires are also hand made from sterling silver.
